Why this is restricted
- California roster (handguns). Off-roster handguns — those not on California's approved roster of certified handguns — may not be sold to the general public; only law-enforcement and other exempt buyers qualify.
- Large-capacity magazine law. Magazines over 10 rounds may not be sold or transferred to the general public in California.
- Law-enforcement / exempt exception. Qualified peace officers and agencies may purchase under the statutory exemption.
- Verified in person. We confirm your LE credentials at the counter before releasing the item — the online attestation does not complete the sale.
- Non-exempt orders. Cannot be delivered; a 50% restocking fee applies (minimum the lower of $50 or the item price).
Description
The P320 features a completely redesigned modular polymer XSeries grip with a reduced fastback carry cut and a low-profile internal magwell. Combined with the extended beavertail and high undercut trigger guard. The XRay3 day/night sights offer high visibility in all lighting conditions and the rear sight plate assembly allows the direct mounting of the Romeo1PRO optic as well as the popular Delta Point Pro. Includes two magazines.
