- DROS & the 10-day wait. California background check and the mandatory 10-day waiting period begin at the counter.
- Pick up & transfer. Bring valid ID and required documents; we complete the compliant transfer.

Every firearm sale runs through the standard California process: an in-person DROS background check, the mandatory 10-day waiting period, a valid Firearm Safety Certificate (FSC), and proof of California residency. The 11% AB 28 firearms excise tax is collected at checkout and shown as a separate, non-taxable line.
