Why this is restricted
- California roster (handguns). Off-roster handguns — those not on California's approved roster of certified handguns — may not be sold to the general public; only law-enforcement and other exempt buyers qualify.
- Large-capacity magazine law. Magazines over 10 rounds may not be sold or transferred to the general public in California.
- Law-enforcement / exempt exception. Qualified peace officers and agencies may purchase under the statutory exemption.
- Verified in person. We confirm your LE credentials at the counter before releasing the item — the online attestation does not complete the sale.
- Non-exempt orders. Cannot be delivered; a 50% restocking fee applies (minimum the lower of $50 or the item price).
Description
Ruger SR1911 kept the original classic series 70 design while using precision CNC-controlled machining achieving superior frame fit and smooth travel. The frame features an oversized ejection port, extended magazine release, skeletonized trigger and hammer. Its slide has dovetailed, high visibility 3-dot sight system with Novak, drift adjustable rear and standard front sight. The SR1911 also has an beavertail and thumb safety, stainless steel barrel and bushing, and a visual inspection port. Includes two magazines.
