This feature-rich rifle has everything you want: an integrated 20 MOA Picatinny rail, a full-length Mlok rail, an adjustable cheek piece, and a Seekins quick-change barrel system. With their 3-lug bolt design and 60-degree throw, this is the smoothest and fastest action we have brought to market yet. Toolless bolt disassembly for caliber changes and cleaning, the PH3 has it all.

Every firearm sale runs through the standard California process: an in-person DROS background check, the mandatory 10-day waiting period, a valid Firearm Safety Certificate (FSC), and proof of California residency. The 11% AB 28 firearms excise tax is collected at checkout and shown as a separate, non-taxable line.
