Why this is restricted
- California roster (handguns). Off-roster handguns — those not on California's approved roster of certified handguns — may not be sold to the general public; only law-enforcement and other exempt buyers qualify.
- Large-capacity magazine law. Magazines over 10 rounds may not be sold or transferred to the general public in California.
- Law-enforcement / exempt exception. Qualified peace officers and agencies may purchase under the statutory exemption.
- Verified in person. We confirm your LE credentials at the counter before releasing the item — the online attestation does not complete the sale.
- Non-exempt orders. Cannot be delivered; a 50% restocking fee applies (minimum the lower of $50 or the item price).
Description

The P938 Micro-Compact Emperor Scorpion model features an all-metal frame and longer slide and barrel. The cocked-and-locked single-action trigger gives the P938 unmatched accuracy, while the ambidextrous safety makes it easy for left- and right-handed shooters. This model has a carbon steel barrel, aluminum alloy frame with a PVD FDE finish, stainless steel slide with a FDE finish, SigLite night sights, G-10 Piranha grip, and comes with one 6-round and one 7-round magazine.
